If that sawed off senile old PITA wants me to design webpages, then she can at least give me the software to do it in so I don't have to hand-code the bloody thing!!!

Can I hand-code it in BBEdit? Yes. Would it take far longer? Damm straight it would.

Like I said before - get it in writing. Send her the request for software in writing. Get her response in writing.
