I will cheerfully visualize some stormy weather for you. I don't know if you realize this, but parts of Texas have been suffering from the opposite problem: too much rain, resulting in flooding in some areas.

Yeah, tell me about it...we were SUPPOSED to get rainstorms here today. Instead lots of intense wind as the rain, coming from the west, inexplicably evaporated & then reappeared east of us!! Bleh!! :P
