Fremont bills itself as being the centre of the universe.

After driving though it yesterday, and seeing the collection of random stuff scattered around the neighborhood, I have to correct them.

It's not so much "the centre of the universe" as much as "that place under the cushions where all the random stuff falls into"

LOL! So many cities have a 'theme' which is sometimes a sculpture. Sounds like theirs should be a huge remote control!! (At least mine always finds its way under the sofa cushions!)

As for sculpture, there's Waiting for the Interurban, and my personal favorite, the Troll and Volkswagen.
