Vicodin > Naproxen.

Unless you need to be awake ;-). Naproxin also has the advantage of being OTC.

But yeah, for the really bad stuff, Vicodin is great if you can get it.

Just don't take so much ibuprofen that you develop a sensitivity to it. And always take it on a full stomach.
