Cevapcici
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound ground lamb
1/2 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg white
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 finely minced garlic cloves
Directions:
Combine the seasonings and grind them together before adding them to the meat. Mix all the ingredients together. Shape in thumb-sized sausages. Traditionally these sausages have no casing. Grill.
