*Coughing, sputtering, and laughing my ass off hysterically* I used to have this syndrome when I worked for the answering service! Been there. Done that. Got the T-shirt in multiple sizes and colors! Blessed Be, Andgelique *Mutters, "Some people are too stupid to live." and hangs up the phone*

I'm surprised it took them this long to notice -- I suspect the disease is showing up in every phone customer service job in the world. Now that Earthlink has moved so much of their customer service to India, I expect a rise in sacrifices to Shiva.
