Little Bit has discovered Doctor Who. And is trying to go though the few DVD's in my collection.

I think I'll refrain from showing her "Torchwood" for a while.....

Well, I can order SJA DVD's from Amazon.uk with little to no problem, and I do have a region-free NTSC/PAL DVD player......

But buahaha yeah, maybe also hiding the DVD's should help, since Torchwood gets mentioned in the new series second and third season... >.>

Bwaa-ha-ha! Yes, Sarah Jane Adventures is definitely kid-friendly. And if you have a TiVo (or similar device) you can always record old Doctor Episodes off Channel 28 (KBTC!) They're in the middle of the Tom Baker years, I think "Underwood" is currently sitting on my DVR...

We're a cable-free household, (DVD addicts? Us??), but yeah, I'm going to see if I can get my hands on Sarah Jane Adventures. And see about getting more episodes.

According to Little Bit's mum, it's genetic, having grown up watching The Doctor since SHE was a little girl, (her grandparents only paid the BBC licence for educational shows. They considered Doctor Who to be educational)

I suspect part of Little Bit's liking for the series (and a good chunk of my BBC stuff) is the voices. She's missing her mum, and hearing people that sound like her seems to help a bit.

But her mum agrees with me......no Torchwood :-)

I'd say there are far worse things for her to have found. :) She has good taste. I agree that staying away from Torchwood for a while is a good idea though.
