Okay,I've been in this job 4 months. That's 120 days. The probationary period is supposed to be 90 days, and can't be extended unless you're given written notice before the 90 days are up.

Okay, someone tell that to the administrator for this lab? Just before she goes off to a conference this weekend, she stops in to tell me things are great and wonderful......and that she plans to extend my probation another month.

Well, we now have the world's first cloned cat named, "cc", short for "cloned cat", (how original)

It's cute though

The name of the company funding it is "Sperling's Genetic Savings & Clone" (Wasn't Sperling one of the Howard Family's names???") Sounds like the name of a bank on Jackson's Whole. "Sperling's Genetic Savings & Clone, now offering a 1.027% rate of reproduction and a widely varibable interest, (or fixed interest on bright and shiny objects.) Direct Deposit (of hairballs) is offered."
