Douse the Mouse

"Mickey Mouse is alive and well, at least as far as the folks at Disney are concerned—and they should know. According to some prankster, however, the famous rodent is not only dead, but also eligible to be baptized, endowed and sealed (with wife Minnie) in the LDS Church Temple.

While conducting an investigation into the extensive genealogical database operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, researcher Helen Radkey discovered records detailing the mouse’s family tree—complete with clearance for temple ordinances.

According to LDS Church doctrine, since some never receive the opportunity to become Mormons during their lives, church members may engage in rituals like “baptism for the dead,” to allow benighted souls to posthumously convert."

Does anyone in the UK want some "Kit Kash" codes from Kit Kat wrappers. I have some of them from packages of mini KitKats I was given, but since I'm not in the UK, I can't use them.

Sometimes one keeps putting off and putting off a movie review. In the case of things like "Barn of the Blood Llama", it's because the brain's self-preservation instincts are trying in vain to block out all memories of the movie.

And in some cases, it's because you just don't know where to begin. You want to try to place yourself in the director and writer's mindset, to try and figure out just what the smegging hell were they thinking.

In the case of Zardoz, you can't do that. Not without some major amounts of narcotics. But, stone cold sober, I'll give it a go....

And this is going to be a VERY long review, simply because there's a blortload of plots, subplots, halfplots, quarterplots, semi-hemi-demiquaver plots, and just plain "huh?" going on. Every review of "Zardoz" I've read has been bloody long, why should mine be any different?

Review (and it's a long one) behind cut. Whee...... )

"Three things never heard from the mouth of a Celt:

"Do these colors match?"

"Is this too much jewelry?"

"Is that my drink?"
