Chicken Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

Ingredients 
• 1 Large bag tater tots
• 1 lb boneless chicken breast
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• ½ pkg. frozen broccoli
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 8 oz grated cheese

Directions 

1. Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces.
2. Cook in frying pan.
3. Add onions and garlic. Saute for a couple min.
4. Spray baking dish with pan spray. Place 1 layer of tater tots in pan, then a layer of chicken, broccoli and mushroom soup. Add a layer of tots on top.
5. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 min.
6. Last put a layer of cheese over the top. Place back in oven till melted.

My mom had a similar recepie only instead of chicken it was hamburger. You put the hamburger down at the bottom of the dish, put the veggies on that and tater tots on top, if I recall rightly. YUM! :-q
