From the "Irony Much" department.....

CNN has an article about some of Sen. Clinton's "Hillraisers" balking at her request to donate or support Sen. Obama or his campaign.

What got my attention was this quote from a businesswoman.

"This is a hard decision for me personally because frankly I don't like him. I feel like he is an elitist. I feel like he has not given me reason to trust him."

The buisnesswoman in question? Lynn Forester de Rothschild, Lady Rothschild. Third wife of British financier Sir Evelyn de Rothschild, who met her husband to be at a Bilderberg conference, (the person who introduced them was Henry Kissinger), and who made her fortune in the telecommunications industry.

So let me get this straight. A Rothschild AND Bilderberg is calling Sen. Obama elitist?? That goes way beyond pot and kettle........

As much as I hate to say it, I wonder if elitist is going to be the code word for black in this campaign amongst a certain class of people.

Then again, as a wannabe intellectual, I tend to be sensitive to charges of elitism and try to find the insecurities that cause people to lodge them.

Translation: "elitist" = "he doesn't bow and scrape to my class, the cad"

A Rothschild? Fighting against Obama?

In my own lifetime, I want to see this fighting cease.

My guess, the word "elitist" is the current "talking point" to discredit Obama (like "flip-flopper" 4 years ago).
