Finally made it though act three of "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog".

Besides the Whedon trademark "let's kill off and/or impale a major character to provide a senseless death that serves no purpose at all"........

This is NOT good.

Not good at all.

Bad.

The best I can say about Nathan Fillion's acting is a good effort in a bad cause. There is NOTHING likeable about Captain Hammer at all. The problem is, there's nothing likeable about anyone else. Even Felicia Day's character is more annoying than goodie-two shoes.

I swear, this made me miss the stirling acting Neil Patrick Harris gave in "Starship Troopers".

Sorry, I know a good chunk of my friends (who are Whedon junkies), think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I can't agree. It's awful.

That being said, the last song that Horrible sings as he walks into the evil boardroom is pretty good. So's the scene.

I thought the performance for the notes from Bad Horse were amusing, at least.

I can take or leave Whedon, but I actually liked Neil Patrick Harris' performance. I've enjoyed him on "How I Met Your Mother" and it was a pleasant surprise to see him in this.

I liked Dr. Horrible (the character), and found the concepts amusing. I want the soundtrack. :) It wasn't Great Cinema, but I had fun watching.
