I can believe that Philip Berg honestly believes he's not a racist.
However, a note to Mr. Berg (and PUMAs in general)
It's a lot easier to say you're not a racist when you disallow comments like this on your blogs:

"Philip; I will send you a very small check, can not afford much, but I gave this country 35 years of my life and we can not let this "Raghead get control of it!!"
Or this one:

"Who do these Obaminator trolls think they are fooling? They aren't fooling me. How about you? And more importantly, WHY would they jeopardize our Constitution and our country just to get Obama in the WH? There is something very sick about this whole situation. I am beginning to think there is way more to this question about Obama being a Muslim and possibly a Manchurian Candidate sent to destory America and our entire way of life."
And when you appear on the "Pastor Butch Paugh" radio show:

Which redirects to Call to Decision, you may want to look at the site in question. After all, it's hard to believe the claim that you're not a racist when the site for the radio show you're on, has links to the Constitution of the Confederate States of America, graphics like this:

And links to sections like "The South Was Right"
And who appears in certain anti-semitic rants.

You can tell a lot about someone from the company the keep. You're in some noxious company Mr. Berg.
"Plaintiff has suffered damage to his reputation and discrimination as a result of attempting to protect his rights and verify the eligibility of Obama to serve as President of the United States. Plaintiff has been repeatedly called a racist and verbally assaulted for bringing forward this lawsuit against Obama. Plaintiff is not a racist and is a paid Life Member of the NAACP.("PLAINTIFF’S OPPOSITION AND BRIEF IN SUPPORT THEREOF TO DEFENDANT’S, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA AND THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE’S, MOTION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFF’S COMPLAINT PURSUANT TO RULE 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6), 29 September 2008, page 15)

"A year ago, I was advised by a veteran national talk show host that it was an unwritten rule among broadcasters never to specifically criticize ADL. I was told that criticism of Zionist leadership in Israel would also blacklist me even among far right talk show hosts. Today a year later, highly influential, national, right wing broadcasters, including Rick Adams, Jerry Hughes, Alex Jones, Drew Mariani, Robby Noel, Pastor Butch Paugh, Jeff Rense, Pastor Ernie Sanders, Peter Shank, Darrel Smith, Victor Thorne and Lisa Juliani, and Frank Whalen are attacking ADL with me."
