My day so far.....

So, got to Group Health in Capital Hill. Go over the results, and they want to do an endoscopy next month.

Oh joy.

Problem is, because it's a IV sedative thing, it means I need to either get a ride there or take the bus, THEN have someone take me home. As in "we won't do it otherwise".

There isn't a need to. One of the other housemates will gladly pick him up. He just has a hard time asking.

And if not, I can drive you. I have another friend who doesn't drive and needs a colonoscopy every year and I've driven her home sometimes. We just want you to be SAFE. Good luck; I hope all goes well.

Sympathy ((patgund)) -- I'm supposed to have this procedure done some time in the next 2-4 months, and would be interested in hearing what the experience is actually like... and *yes* have someone take you home after!
