Personal favorites:

One client owned 6 cats, numbered 1-6. I spayed 5 and neutered 6, and later found out that 3 had been hit by a car. I asked the owner if her next cat would be named 3 again, she said no.

Cats named Sting and Manta. Last name Wray.

Kitten named Spoof. Repaired his diaphragm.

Cat named "City of New Orleans" because the other vet wouldn't let the owner put down "Slutkitty" as a name.

Dog named Dogee (pronounced D-O-G)

Cat named Schrodinger.
