Not being a musician but still thinking this looks completely freakin' insane (and is supposed to, I see); has anyone actually played it, or can it be played? Would I want to hear it if they did?

I am reasonably certain that real scores, intended to be played, do not include directions such as "release the penguins" and "remove cattle from stage" -- particularly when there is no directive introducing cattle.
