SCORE!!!!!
Jun. 15th, 2009 12:34 pmIn my book collection is the second book I ever saved my allowance for - the Ballentine 1976 Star Trek Concordance by Bjo Trimble.
My copy eventually gave into being marked up, worn, torn, the episode wheel falling off, etc.
Last week at Half-Price books, I noticed a copy on the shelves. So I pulled it out.
First Ballentine edition, 1976. In very good condition, wheel still attached, no fading, slight wear at the corners. So I steeled myself to look at the price for something like this...
$2.98
Needless to say, it went home with me........ :-)
