The thing that bothered me the most about my old job, was the whole "use em and dump them" mentality. You think that being with a company since they were founded engenders loyalty.
No loyalty at a dotcom. Okay, the fact that the Bitch From Beyond Hell worked there as well was a minus. But still, to have built *TWO* departments up from nothing, only to get some know-nothing ashcan you because you f**king care about the product rather than mark it done and ship it out, grates on you.
The current job is nice. Okay, there's some clueless wonders, and one person I want to shove a bowling ball down their throat, but it's *still* better.
