Jul. 7th, 2003 12:37 pmWhile at the Lego Store in Anaheim, I noticed Lego's new Discovery Channel space kits
I find it moderately ironic that the International Space Station kit, at $14.99, is the cheapest of that line. Gee, if they really wanted to make it as authentic as possible, they should have overpriced the kit by 1000%+, shipped it to the buyer by the slowest possible means, and only sent out subassemblies of the model at any given time.
The Space Shuttle kit looks nice, but my inital comment was "I know they call it a flying brickyard, but that's silly....."
