Mind you, it's still not legal to sell these drugs in the states listed, but if you do, they expect you to use the proper tax stamps to show that the proper taxes have been paid on said stamps. So, if one is a dealer in Arizona, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Texas, North Dakota, Idaho, Louisana, and Alabama, make sure you have the proper tax stamps for your illegal drugs.
