Still not sure if this is real, (as someone who had wanted to be a
chaplain, I can't believe one would be that clueless). However, that
article has showed up on a lot of the wires.
So I did some checking on Google.
While I would wish the story about the "Baths for Baptism" chaplain was
a myth, there's a disturbing amount of evidence that tends to suggest it's
not.
First off, The Military Pagan Network has been following this matter

When you look at the news article, there's some data that can be checked.
The article calls him "Army chaplain Josh Llano of Houston", and then
later calls him a "Southern Baptist evangelist"
The Newsletter for the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary

Chaplain 2nd Lt. Josh Llano (MDivBLChp2002) that serves at Fort Benning,
Georgia.

So, the evidence suggests that there is a Josh Llano currently serving
as a chaplain in the US Army, is an ordained Southern Baptist minister, and
is from Houston, Texas. And the unit he's assigned to is in the Middle
East right now.
