Woke up sunday morning with some stiffness and pain in my right shoulder and neck. By the time I went to bed sunday night, I had a band of pain from my neck all the way down my right shoulder, and could barely move without it hurting.

Ibuprofen didn't help
Muscle Balms didn't help
Hell, Tiger Balm didn't help!
Soaking in the complex's hot tub didn't help

Nothing's helped. Sleeping was a nightmare last night.

And, of course, I have a harp lession tonight that I may not be able to make. (growl)

I have a 1pm appointment with my doctor.
