Sony Idiot update
May. 8th, 2003 12:55 pmWell, the badly trained monkeys tech support at Sony's Tape Storage people wrote again.
The first message was that there was no way they could have made a mistake, that all their records show that I was asking for tech support for a D7000 not the D9000 that I've mentioned in every single dammed email I sent them, and therefore they cannot be held responsible for giving me the wrong advice.
Can we say "Mickey Mouse Answer" boys and girls??
The lastest message says that they want me to use the Disk Utility Tool, (you know, the same one they didn't realize they had) to pull the results and email them to Sony. Who then will usea bloody Ouija Board their trained engineers to examine the results and figure out a solution.
What I should have done is sent back the dammed drive as defective.....
