Appropriate this happened on the 100th anniversary of the Wright Brother's first flight.

First such craft to break the sound barrier, (Mach 1.2)
Altitude gained: Over 20 km, (20,700 m, or 68,000 ft)
Flight went well. Minor damage on landing due to a partial collapse of the landing gear.
