patgundI was giving some thought on how to fix NASA, and came up with this three part plan....
1) Kick out 70% of the fluff-bunny PR types, and use the resulting money for science.
2) Fire Sean O'Keefe.
3) "Ladies and gentlemen, the new NASA Administrator - Burt Rutan!"
