ConDFW wrap up.

I'm sitting here in my bathrobe, taking a break from packing my room before leaving the hotel.
Last day of con was more socializing than anything else. Much fun though. Chinese food with listees for dinner was the top off.
Talked with Little Bit last night on the phone, who is not a happy peoples. The rain and thunderstorms in SoCal have kept her inside, and she was seen at the window going "No rain, bad rain, (her name) go play!" Silly little girl, but a real joy.
I admit, I'm dotty about my daughter. What else would I have to be dotty about???
Slept for almost 10 hours, which is also helping my mood. Couple of friends have commented that I sound on the phone less tired and stressed than I have in a long time. We'll see.
Supposed to bail in a bit and drive to Arlington. Will write more later.

angelique69's house, and promply went out to lunch. Need to stop by the Half-Price books in Arlington - the one in Richardson had a single copy of the sixth book in Diane Duane's "Young Wizards" series, A Wizard Alone. One thing that caught my eye was that the newest wizard in this book happened to be autistic. I'll read it and give an opinion.
