Hmmmm. Y'know, if the Conferate states had gotten together and recalled Massachusetts, New York, etc. they could've gotten their way with a lot less trouble.
We could probably add that to the Constitution now. Every state would pass it, they've all got somebody they don't like. The country would wind up a lot smaller real fast . . .
