Literal meaning
"The Tiny Baby-Like One."

History
Evolved through climate changes around the time when the Vikings were really beginning to wonder if it was all worth it, the name Padraig was originally used mostly to refer to nuns and the violators of nuns, before interbreeding with the natives took place.
