patgundOne of the listees on the Lois McMaster Bujold list made this amusingly snarky comment about MP Stephen Harper:
"He is doubtless an excellent family man and loyal friend, I have heard no reports of him kicking puppies or small children, I know of nothing to suggest that he is lacking in personal integrity, I cherish his personal well-being almost as tenderly as I do my own, and it is my sincerest hope that he will find happiness and personal fulfillment someday as a private citizen living in an uninsulated hut in Tuktoyuktuk after the political abomination of which he is presently the leader has been reduced to its rightful place on the Canadian political scene, to wit: a small, smouldering grease spot on the terazzo floor of the Centre Block."
