"To celebrate the Army's 231st birthday the Pentagon held a taste test of future Meals Ready to Eat (MREs), including the "HooAH!" bar and First Strike Rations for recruits on Wednesday, according to an article in Thursday's edition of The New York Times, RAW STORY has learned.
"Soldiers are trained to follow orders in combat, but the Pentagon has learned that it cannot order them to eat," writes Helena Andrews. " So it tries to tempt them with a wide-ranging menu including energy-boosting HooAH! bars and mango peach applesauce.""
