Step 2) Wrap ceiling fan in barbed wire.
Step 3) Watch idiots jump up and try to get their heads hit by barbed wire-wrapped fan.
Step 4) Wish that it was another head they were sticking in a fan......or that it was hitting their neck instead. ANYTHING to keep them from breeding.....
