Helicopter Mating Dance

During helicopter mating season, the competing male helicopters attempt to woo the prospective mate with a ritualized aerial dance / challenge. In this, the two challengers fly around each other, both attempting to impress the propective female with their daring and cunning flight patterns. Eventually one forces the other to submit to his proven abilities, and, after staring down the other helicopter, chases the loser away from the area.
