patgundManaged to get the scooter over the locks. They've closed off the locks so no traffic can get out of the lakes, but a lot of people don't realize you can use it as a bridge too.
Then up to Fred Meyers, and a super soaker. Where where, an undead storeclerk came after me.
You know eye drops? They're mostly saline water. Zombies HATE getting the mist in the face.
It DID get the red out though.
Since Little Bit's school was still safe, to the house. clothes, my sword and staff, personal papers. My MacBook Pro and the backup hard drive for the mini. And then to the school.

seattlejo. sarastro_us, carminerose, and Miss Thing were getting things packed at home as well. No word yet from solcita, but 9/11 bunkers tend to be pretty secure.
Heard fromblackflag669, damekendra, and a few others. They're all safe, thankfully.
The plan right now?? Since salt water seems to repel them, the suggestion is to try and get to an island. Orcas or Victoria are being suggested, though there's mixed signals about the Canadian authorities letting people in from the mainland.
