Note to Apple.
Mar. 1st, 2009 11:58 pmI've been playing with the public beta of Safari 4.
All I can say is what the hell kinda of sugar frosted crack flakes are you smoking??
Putting the tabs OVER the address bar. Lame idea that makes it look like you have multiple windows open rather than tabs.
Response time when I click on said tabs is roughly that of an arthritic sloth on valium. I should not have to click and HOLD for 2-3 second to switch tabs.
And what lame idea was it to remove the refresh button and NOT give on an option to restore it?? Really freaking stupid.
The Cover Flow-like browsing of sites, that's actually kinda cool. Might be good if one has a way of telling it what sites not to show though.
You have a LOT of work ahead of you to make this usable.
