Comic Con musings.....

Starting to make plans to go to Comic Con in San Diego again this year. Problem is that I'm seriously debating a hotel room though, since dealing with parking and traffic in downtown is a nightmare, and I'd really like a place to hide or quietly socialize with friends.

That being said, it seems silly to spend a blortload of money for a hotel at a convention that's less than 30 miles from my house.

Gak......and with that many people bound to trigger demophobia.........blegh

Good luck. I gave up on ComicCon years ago; I don't normally have demophobia but the crowds there were making me panic.

Unfortunally all of us are likely to be down for Comi-Con, so our room isn't going to have any spare room in it.

Oh that's okay, I'd really only want to share with one or two people anyway, if I was to share. Which I'm not sure I'd want to, unless it was with someone I had an involvement with. We'll see.

We're still debating the cost of a room vs. trying to find someone to crash with again, but the plans now are to go down Wed. night for Preview Night. I'm OK with sharing, and I'm sure Roland would be (us sharing a brain and all *g*), so if sharing with the three of us might be an option we can take it to email.
