Cajun Coon Balls

Ingredients:

3 cups of Bisquick
1 lb. of Jimmy Dean sausage (hot or mild, your choice)
1 lb. of shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of Tabasco
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions:

*Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
*Roll into small balls that are about the size of a ping-pong ball.
*Place the balls on a pan and cook at 350 degrees F. for about 10 minutes.
*Flip the balls over and continue cooking for about 10 more minutes.
*Enjoy your Coon Balls!

I misread the first ingredient as "3 cups of Crisco" ... whoops.

3 cups of Bisquick won't kill you.

Can't be a coon ball without no coon. And that recipe ain't got no coon. Unless Jimmy Dean has come out with coon sausage.

These are just as mis-labeled as Girl Scout Cookies and Vegetarian "Food".
