So [livejournal.com profile] seattlejo and I saw flyers and signs for a "community dinner". We checked. It's hosted by Assemblies of God.

My first comment was "I thought He came pre-assembled. Does one need an allen wrench?"

The same joke was made frequently by members of the LASFS when the neighboring "First Assembly of God" church was fully enclosed by scaffolding and covers for remodeling. "They're building a god in there!" /rimshot
