Well now, here's an amusing video, from the "Joy Behar Show", on 8 February 2010. The topic was Sarah Palin and her crib notes on her hand.
On one side, birther conpiracy nutcase and uber-righty Pamela Geller of "Atlas Shrugs".
On the other side, Ronald Reagan Jr., progressive talk show host and son of former president Ronald Reagan, AND Stephanie Miller, progressive talk show host and daughter of former GOP head and VP choice for Barry Goldwater, Rep. William Miller.
It's interesting to note how Geller thinks she knows more about Ronald Reagan than his own son does. Not to mention her spin that Sarah Palin didn't quit as Governor of Alaska, but that the "lower 48 needed her and she heeded the call"
The claim about Palin that "She came to lead the next revolution" is rather messianic though. And her claim that Ron Reagan Jr. never MET Ronald Reagan is rather funny in the "is she REALLY that stupid" department. Otherwise Geller is just trying to talk over the other guests in blind, unreasoning defense of Palin.
The funny thing being is both guests literally grew up in the GOP and more than likely know more about Republicanism and the GOP than Geller ever would.

A perfect illustration of what we're up against

Date: 2010-02-11 08:20 pm (UTC)Recently she made the claim that the entire US government is controlled by the "Muslim Brotherhood" Her blog "Atlas Shrugs" I can only classify as a hate site personally.
Geller's hatred of Obama (much like that of Orly Taitz and Philip Berg) seems to stem from a belief Obama's a "stealth Muslim" and won't support Israel as a result.
