Am annoyed with myself. Mostly for letting myself get this far out of shape. (granted, the exercise was WHY I wanted to curl in the first place)
Need to work on exercises for my knees. Need to figure out what suppliments I need to take to help my joints regain flexibility. And need to figure out why my muscles seem to cramp up if they're looked at funny.
