Her crime was that she sent photos of herself, "in various states of undress and performing a variety of sexual acts" to people she met in chat rooms.
Yes, she's being charged with abusing herself, and distributing pictures of herself.

(Shakes head) Okay, charge any adults in the pictures with her. Charge the adults that got said pictures, (assuming she told people she was 15), yes. But her?? Stupid, oh hell yes. Criminal, I don't think so. Not the brightest crayon in the box though.
