Parameters changed - used chicken sausage rather than pork.
Mix of sausage, egg, italian seasoning (due to having no sage), black pepper, and chopped garlic)
Mistakes made - didn't let the puff pastry dough thaw completely.
Result - some didn't close all the way. Discovered a better trick half way though.
