There is the odd occasional bit of syllable floating around outside. It could be someone's TV right at the threshold of hearing, the start of some hot and heavy foreplay with a neighbor, or some strange primitive cult on the lower floor worshipping pop-tarts. I'm rather hoping it's the first one.
