I would eat this. But then, I have eaten both reindeer and scorpion. Not in the same dish, however.
I am generally fonder of arachnids when they are alive, but if they are already cooked, I will nom. No sense letting a novel culinary opportunity go to waste when presented with entomophagous cuisine.
Bugs with an exoskeleton are best when shatter-fried, or the texture doesn't really work. When properly prepared however, they are quite good.
