In today's dispatches, President Obama makes fun of the birthers. The birthers respond by showing why people make fun of them. More about the birther rental cars, including the fact the owner is a known liar. The person behind the silly "birth film" may be uncovered, while Joel Gilbert is getting upset that his sugar daddy may be uncovered as well.

President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and the Obama campaign respond though attorneys to Dr. Orly's Mississippi claims. Viscount Monckton continues to play birther while insisting he's not a birther, with the level of credibility you would expect from him. Paranoia, lies. and racism? It must be Birther Report. Larry Klayman has his own Fantasy Tiddlywinks League meeting, with the expected (and more than likely pre-determined) results.

Tribble Mobility Scooter and Romney surrogate Donald Trump shows that Hurricane Sandy is no match for the hot air coming from his pinhole. Meanwhile, Mitt Romney rebrands his campaign. Or at least tries to pretend he's not campaigning when he is. Some does another "hanging Obama" and gets the expected visit from the Secret Service.

John Dummett and Gary Kreep are handed another birther loss in court. Dr. Orly finds a new "expert" who isn't. Oh, and he's still upset by her last trip to Mississippi. The judge in the birther civil war is getting cranky. And Dr. Orly's rent-a-plaintiff Henry Tisdale is just looking to buy or rent an honest judge.
