It's for Apple Macaroni and Cheese, and is a mixture of Sauteed Apples, Gorgonzola, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, mixed with Penne Pasta.

Date: 2004-06-08 01:50 pm (UTC)My guess is the gorgonzola is there to balance the sweetness of the apple. Doesn't appeal to me, though, and I'm a huge M&C fan. (Not the boxed stuff though, even though it's Canadian as maple sugar.)
