First Aid Geek
Jun. 30th, 2004 11:02 amYou know you're a first aid geek when the kit you keep in your office is larger and better equiped than the "industrial" kit kept in the kitchen area.
The scary thing is that my office kit is smaller than my home kit. Not to mention smaller than my Chirurgeon's bag. Then again, I don't keep SAM splints in my office kit. Nor do I keep an earthquake kit with it. One in the home and one in the car, yes.
What can I say, I've taken all the first aid classes the local Red Cross offers, (and have already decided to go elsewhere next time, as their first aid and CPR classes have been *watered* down badly), and have been known to take the occasional EMT or First Responder class just for curiousity.
Speaking of my Chirurgeon's bag,
branwynlynn, when would be a good time to get it back from you? (and I owe you dinner - or at least a book certificate - for holding on to it for me.)
