"Police say the Maryville man was naked, running toward the Jeep and had cheese in his hair, on his face and on his shoulders. Police say he smelled strongly of alcohol and wasn't completely coherent.
He managed all of this, including scaling an eight-foot-tall fence in the buff, before dawn."
