patgundWhile in Target. I noticed a line of cheapy ($3.99) DVD's of TV show pilot episodes.
Including the "Babylon 5" Pilot, "The Gathering"
I was hoping, since it had the original airdate on it, (Gods, has it already been 11 years??), that it was the *original* pilot, including the Stewart Copeland Jazz/Rock soundtrack.
No such luck, it was the remade for TNT version, with added scenes and a Christopher Franke soundtrack.
Mind you, I liked Christopher Frank's music, but I really was hoping for the original version. :-(
(On Edit - late night I guess, I made an error on the title and composer. It's been fixed.)
