Handspring Visor - Help!

patgundFriend of mine just gave me a Handspring Visor, still in box, everything's with it, so I can give it to a friend of mine who needs one.
One problem though - it's in Japanese.
Is there anyway to reflash the OS in the ROM to use the English version of Palm OS? Is there anyway to convert this from Japanese to English?? Or should I just say heck with it, give it to a friend studying Japanese, and look again??
