patgundClear Channel, who owns about 11 or so stations in San Diego, decided to start carrying the "Air America" liberal talk show network. And rather than change the format of one of their other talk stations in San Diego, decided to switch their "Golden Oldies" station, KPOP-AM, over to the new format. Which also involved a new set of call letters.
Well, either by accident, amusement, or the idea that liberals are supposedly drugged-out hippies, the station now uses the call letters KLSD-AM.......
